Child Safety & Wellbeing

At SensePlay Studio, your child’s safety and happiness are our top priorities. We’re committed to creating a space that’s not only fun and engaging - but also safe, clean, and inclusive for every child and family. To keep everyone protected, we actively manage common allergens like nuts, dairy, and eggs. Please share any allergic sensitivities during registration so we can take every precaution. We also ask that you avoid bringing allergenic foods into our space to help us maintain a safe environment for all. We believe in modeling kindness and respect - so we kindly ask all grown-ups to help create a warm, welcoming space for everyone.

Photography & Social Media Policy

At SensePlay Studio, we love capturing the joy and wonder of learning through play. From time to time, we may take photos or videos during class to share on our website or social media. Your consent is always requested during registration, and we never share names or identifying details without your permission.

If you'd prefer that your child not be photographed, just let us know and we’ll make sure your preferences are honored.

We also ask that families be mindful when taking their own photos, and avoid posting images of other children unless you’ve received permission from their parent or caregiver. We aim to create a space where everyone feels safe, seen, and respected—on and offline.
