ONE YEAR OF SENSEPLAY STUDIO

A year ago, I opened the doors to SensePlay Studio with a big idea and honestly… no clue what I was getting myself into. 😂

One year later, I'm still learning. Still figuring out marketing (why do reels take SO long?!), trying new ideas, dyeing rice, making a mess, cleaning up said mess, and wondering if anyone will sign up for next week's classes.

But in between all the chaos, there have been so many moments that make it worth it.

Watching little ones take their first steps, say their first words, overcome their hesitation around a new texture, and grow from tiny babies into confident little explorers.

Welcoming baby siblings into our SensePlay family — from pregnancy updates and waiting for their arrivals to finally meeting them and watching their tiny personalities emerge.

Seeing familiar faces return week after week, and watching friendships grow between little ones and their grown-ups, too.

And realizing that somewhere along the way, this little studio has become a village for families — including me.

What started as an idea has become so much more than a place for sensory play. It's a space for connection, curiosity, messy hands, little milestones, and the reminder that we're all figuring this parenting thing out together.

To every family who has taken a chance on us, come back for another class, told a friend about us, or simply stopped by to say hello — thank you. You have no idea how much it means to this little business.

Year one wasn't always easy, and we still have SO much to learn. But I'm really glad we started.

Here's to year two, and to continuing to grow this little village together. 🌱

With so much gratitude,
Charry 🤎
